Don’t iron velvet Never iron your velvet items. The weight and heat of the iron will ruin the short and shiny pile and leave you with unwanted imprints.

Avoid a fold Don’t fold your items as it can cause creases which can be tricky to remove. Hanging your velvet items will help you enjoy them for longer.
