1. The Vanish Money Back Guarantee applies to all UK or ROI purchases of the following Vanish products:

2. The money back guarantee only applies if the product has not performed as stated or implied by Vanish. We reserve the right to question or request further evidence to substantiate a claim.
3. If any of the participating products in the promotion do not remove tough stains first time, please provide the following details:
   
   1. Your receipt confirming your purchase of the product (marking the Vanish product)
   2. Your name, address and contact telephone number
   3. Your reason for dissatisfaction including
   1. The fabric
   2. The stain type
   3. The washing machine model
   4. The wash programme used

4. No claims from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. Incomplete, illegible or photocopied claims or those not in accordance with these terms and conditions will be rejected.
5. To be considered valid the claim’s proof of purchase must be dated between 25^th June 2010 and 31^st August 2010 inclusive.
6. The closing date for receipt of claims is 30^st September 2010. Claims received after this date will not be refunded. Vanish reserves the right to extend the closing date.
7. Only one claim is admissible per household.
8. Vanish accepts no responsibility for claims that are lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt by Vanish.
9. Each valid claim will receive a cheque to the value of the Vanish product as stated on the receipt up to a maximum of that product’s Recommended Retail Price, as determined by Vanish. The refund will be sent within 28 days of receipt of your claim.
10. The money back guarantee is offered in addition to your normal legal rights and accordingly your statutory rights are not affected.
11. These terms and conditions and any dispute arising shall be governed by English law.
12. The decision by Vanish is final in all matters relating to this Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Personal information provided to Vanish may be processed by agents/3^rd parties acting on its behalf to administer your cheque.
